K’reema’s originality stems from a rich background of family musicians; an upbringing which included a constant exposure to all forms of music by her father Yellowman. As a result K’reema is naturally a performer, opening for and touring with her father. Some of the more notable festivals K’reema has performed on include: Reggae on the River (Humboldt County, CA), Sierra Nevada World Reggae Festival (Boonville, CA), Reggae in the Desert (Las Vegas, NV) and many, many more across the country and over the borders. She has also put on full-length shows in New York with her 5 piece band at The Shrine, Drom, Silvana and the legendary B.B. King Blues Club.
With the successful release of her first two singles, ‘We Don’t Give A What’, and ‘Father’s Love’, K’reema has her sights set on the release of her highly anticipated debut EP later this year.
Today, you can catch K’reema supporting her father on tour around the country, or better still, check her out at one of her solo gig, where you can fully experience her tantalising and fresh brand of pop-reggae.

Today’s lavish, culturally rich, and diverse society has brought the emergence of unique cross-cultural infusions of art which pushes forward creativity in unseen, and inspiring ways.
For reggae-pop artist, ‘K’reema’, this kind of diversity is at the core of her compelling and invigorating sound. Its roots are deeply seeded in her homeland, Jamaica’s, national music of ska/reggae, with her father, dancehall legend, King ‘Yellowman’, and other greats such as Beres Hammond, and Tanya Stephens, serving as its central branches. In contrast, its flowers are decorated with the powerful colours of pop, inspired by the likes of Beyonce, Sean Paul, and Rihanna.
The result here is a listening experience that is expansive and dynamic in the most interesting of ways - the laidback atmosphere created by her reggae influences seamlessly complements its fresh pop productions, resulting in a canvas, which gives K’reema room to express an extensive gamut of emotions through her characteristically versatile and powerful lead vocal.
